- comments: observed poor hygienic practices by a food handler. Observed male food handler wash a pot and a whisk with a soapy pad, then placed them into a dish rack and then picked up a knife and a cucumber and started peeling the cucumber without washing his hands. Instructed to wash hands after every possible contamination. (priority 7-38-010)(cos)(citation issued)
