on Jan. 1st. Had the Family Meal, all 5 got sick 3 hours after discomfort than explosive diarrhea and later that night, next day, and lingering todayOrdered family meal on New Years Day. DELIVERED BY DOORDASH at 6:25pm . We all had The Macaroni Salad, rice, Chicken katsu, Hawaiian Beef, and The pork, the Broccoli, lettuce, vegetables, and 2 different sauces.... My dog had portion bites of everything as well. All 4 adults and the dog have had explosive diarrhea, vomiting, and stomach pain within 3- hrs. Were up all night getting sick, sick enough throughout following day that could not leave the house because need a bathroom nearby. . Everyone progressively worse next day . Now it is Jan 3rd and we are suffering from acid butt and bleeding and bouts of diarrhea with dehydration.....the dog included with his so abnormal . She eats clean and small pieces of broccoli and lettuce, chicken breast never do that to her. Also housebroken and she was beside her self crapping all over the house. Seriously, we all feel poisoned | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Stomach Pain
