- comments: observed the gasket seals on the low two door reach in cooling unit of the pancake topping prep area loose and coming apart near the hinges. Instructed to repair and maintain.

- comments: observed food splatter under the hot lamp area where the plates are held. Instructed to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed the sides of the cooking equipment on the hotline side with a build up of grease and food spillage. Instructed to clean and maintain all as a means of preventing possible pest and or insect activity.
