Report date: Jun 14, 202210. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: found the handwashing sinks located in the 2nd floor south boys washroom and the 2nd floor south girls washroom without hot water. Water temperatures ranging from 88f-94f. Other restrooms conviently located for use. Management instructed to repair and maintain all handwashing sinks with a hot water temperature between 100-120f. Priority violation 7-38-030(c).
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: noted milk crates being used as shelving inside the room adjacent to the serving line. Instructed to remove from premises and provide shelving that is free of unnecessary crevices and designed/constructed to be easily cleanable.

- comments: found heavy ice build up inside the breakfast freezer #1. Instructed management to defrost, remove ice, and clean.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: found a leak at the left compartment faucet base on the three compartment sink. Instructed management to repair.

- comments: found the base coving peeling off the wall near the garden exit door in the main dining area. Instructed management to repair base coving and maintain.

- comments: found heavy dust build up on the ceiling vents located in the womens and mens employee (kitchen) washrooms. Instructed management to detail clean.
