Observed 3 girls washing hands at second floor girls washroom, washbowl hot water temp of 81. 3f. Pre-school washroom water temp of 63. 1f to 64. 7f instructed engineer and manager hot water temperature at handwashing sink must be at a minimum of 100. 0f to 120f through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Priority violation. 7-38-030(c). No citation was issued.
