- comments: observed 1/4' gap on bottom right corner of overhead door in storage area, 1/4' gap at bottom of main entrance doors, 1/4' gap at bottom of north exit door near kitchen. Instructed manager to seal all outer openings on doors to prevent pest entry.

- comments: observed residue on interior surfaces of milk cooler in serving area. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed no covered waste receptacle in second floor unisex washroom. Instructed manager to provide.

- comments: observed dust buildup on ceiling and wall above reach-in cooler in prep area. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.
