Nausea, Vomiting After Steak - Panda Express, St. Charles Illinois

I went here to get a healthier meal for lunch at 2:40pm. I ordered vegetables and Black Pepper Steak. The Vegetables were freshly prepared. After eating I felt very full even though I only ordered a one item bowl and didn’t eat the entire order. As the day went on, I began to taste rotten eggs, get nauseous and didn’t want to eat any more. My stomach felt very full and bloated. About 9pm I began to throw up; the first three times I pretty much had dry heaves. I was up all night going between dry heaves and throwing up. I finally went to bed around 2am and was up at 5am continuing to throw up and have dry heaves. I called in sick to work and stayed at home. A friend brought me some Gatorade by my house. After I had some, I still felt nauseous and my stomach was bloated, but did not throw up or have dry heaves any longer. I still tasted the rotten eggs in my mouth. It is a day later and I am still Nauseous and don’t want to eat.
