I ordered the mushroom chicken bowl with white rice and 2 chicken egg rolls. When I got to the window, the girl said they only had 1 egg roll left, so she gave me a veggie roll in its place. I ate my food at about 9 pm, and then at 1:45 this morning, I woke up out of my sleep and had the worst diarrhea of my entire life. I have had it 5 times since then, and am still nauseous. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
