Late-Night Takeout Illness - Panda Express, Los Angeles California

I ate here at the Panda Express by USC on Figueroa and got very sick. I had the green bean chicken, beijing beef, one spring roll and fried rice after midnight on July 28th. Was up watching a movie around 4 am and started to have a throbbing headache followed by nausea, then vomited violently and felt very unwell. I almost called an ambulance. I vomited a total of 10 times. I took an Advil and ended up passing out. I woke up around 5pm feeling weak after being passed out all day from exhaustion from the vomiting earlier in the AM. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Weakness
