Shrimp & Beef Illness - Panda Express, Riverside California

I ate at about 12 noon on Thursday, April 7, 2016. I became violently ill after going to sleep that night. I woke up, vomited and was nauseated the entire next day. I had a fever of 101.5 degrees, chills and I was dehydrated. The nausea subsided after 24 hours. The diarrhea followed on the second day. I typically don't eat at PE and only went because the group from work insisted. Ironically, I wanted to eat at chipotle, which was in the same lot. I had the pacific chili shrimp, an angus beef special and vegetables. I also had a chicken egg roll, but it was disgusting and I did not eat the whole roll. The rest of my party did not eat either of the same entrees, but one guy had an egg roll. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
