Report date: Dec 20, 202448. Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained & used; test strips
- comments: observed the 3 compartment sink in facility not fully functional at time of inspection. One of three components is unable to be used as one of two faucets is completely missing, and the second faucet is unable to reach the remaining compartment to fill. Instructed manager to ensure a functional 3 compartment sink where all 3 compartments are able to be used is available for use to wash, rinse, and sanitize utensils and equipment. Priority foundation violation, 7-38-025. Citation issued.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed heavily soiled shelves in the bakery prep area and on the storage racks. Instructed to detail clean and remove all loose food debris and any spillage.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed faucet and handles of hand sink in salad/sandwich prep area to be extremely loose and moving when turning handles. Instructed manager to service and maintain in good repair.
