I got half tuna with provolone cheese cucumbers tomato and lettuce and a broccoli cheddar soup. I only ate two bites of soup. A little bit over an hour I felt so nauseous. I ran to bathroom and puked, I ended up puking like 28 times. And about 9 of them times I had to sit on toilet with diarrhea and puke at the same time. I got food at like 11:15am, I stated puking at like 1:00pm. And I was at work, which made it no better. I'm home now at 5:30, with stomach pains and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
