Norovirus After Steak Panini - Panera Bread, Greensboro North Carolina

9 years ago reported by user-yykv6254 business

Panera Bread, Lawndale Drive, Greensboro, NC, United States

2645 Lawndale Drive, Greensboro, 27408 North Carolina, United States

Saturday February 4th, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. I went to eat lunch and Panera (that's the only thing I ate all day and had nothing beforehand or the night before, my appetite is small and I rarely get hungry)... I purchased a steak and white cheddar panini with broccoli and cheddar soup with a French baguette. All day went by and I was out and about, I felt perfectly fine. After falling asleep around 12 a.m., I woke up at 3 a.m. And had HORRIBLE stomach cramps, I'd never experienced such painful cramps. I ran to the toilet and started having profuse diarrhea nonstop for about 30 minutes, the toilet bowl was filled. I cleaned up, my stomach wasn't hurting anymore, and went back to bed. I woke again at 5AM with similar cramps and again took to the toilet to not only have loads of diarrhea for 20 minutes, but also sweating profusely, and running a high temperature. I thought I was going to die or I was already dying. I called an urgent care center that morning at 8 a.m. And was seen immediately, I was diagnosed after some tests with norovirus. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Cramps, Sweating
