Panini, Soup, or Coffee? - Panera Bread, Tampa Florida

I went to Panera bread around 5 pm and had my typical order of a broccoli cheddar soup and a frontega chicken panini with a self serve iced coffee. My stomach had the slightest pain, gas, and bloating after, but it really hit when I got home and at 10 pm I was throwing up and having diarrhea nonstop like never before. It kept me up all night, throwing up and on the toilet on the hour. I have a feeling it could have been the coffee, it was just the self serve coffee sugar honey and skim milk (?) they had out, maybe the milk was bad and they need to start actually refrigerating it. Or maybe something du my was going on with the food… anyways I’ve had the sip club before and had this order many times, safe to say I won’t be going back. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache, Bloating, Gas
