Closure Date: 04-05-2022High Priority - - From initial inspection : High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed 321 total rodent droppings in establishment. In rear storage room by back door, 46 rodent droppings observed on speed rack and kitchen equipment sheet trays. In back storage room, closest to the back door 67 rodent droppings observed on the floor at the base of the air conditioning unit and along the wall on the floor. Observed 5 rodent droppings on stored pizza delivery sign in back room. Observed 7 rodent droppings inbetween the air conditioning unit and the ventilation tube in back room. Observed 23 rodent droppings under the air conditioning unit on the wall closest to the dry storage area in the back room. Observed 11 rodent droppings on the construction materials being stored in the back room. Observed 9 rodent droppings underneath the chemical storage rack by rear exterior door. Observed 8 rodent droppings under pizza boxes shelf on back wall close to exterior door. Observed 78 rodent droppings along wall underneath shelf holding bottles of soda. Observed 37 rodent droppings on sauce container cabinet on dry storage shelf closest to mop sink. Observed 4 rodent rodent droppings underneath can storage rack by walk in cooler. Observed 21 rodent droppings underneath and behind electrical shelf in main office. Observed 5 rodent droppings under pizza bag storage shelf on main kitchen line. **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2022-04-05: At the time of the follow up inspection 10 total rodent droppings observed. Four rodent droppings underneath the office desk in the corner of the wall. Four rodent droppings observed behind the electrical storage box in the office. Two rodent droppings observed in the back storage room by rear exit door on both sides of the air conditioning units inbetween the units and the vents. Operators swept and cleaned all observed rodent droppings.
