- comments: observed evidence of pest activity. Approx: 30 live small flies on walls and celings in the dishwashing room. Instructed to detail clean and remove live flies and sanitize all affected areas. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a),citation issued.

- comments: observed a torn door gasket inside of the 2 door cook prep cooler. Instructed to replace the torn door gasket.
