- comments: observed interior guard of ice machine with some dirt, not clean. Instructed the person in charge to detail clean and maintain.

- comments: observed multiple damaged ceiling panels in the rear prep area. ---also observed broken hot water faucet handle in the customer toilet room. Instructed the person in charge to repair damaged ceiling panels and faucet handles for the hot water in the customer toilet room and maintain.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: previous core violations from 06/22/2023 inspection, report #2577667 not corrected: #10-observed handsoap dispensor on wall above utility sink in the rear. Instructed the person in charge to remove handsoap dispensor and ensure that hand sinks are only being used for employees to wash their hands and are always stocked with soap and paper towels and maintained. #10 observed no handwashing signage at the exposed handsink in the front preparation area. Instructed the person in charge to provide handwashing signage for all hand sinks and maintain them. #39-observed food containers stored on the floor in the walk-in cooler in the rear. Instructed the person in charge to properly store and protect food items from contamination while stored by elevating at least six inches from the floor and maintaining. #47- observed rusted storage racks in the walk-in cooler in the rear. Instructed the person in charge to remove rust and ensure nonfood-contact surfaces remain smooth, easily cleanable, and maintain. #49 observed accumulated food debris on the interior surfaces of all cooling units. Instructed the person in charge to detail clean and maintain. #55-observed dust and dirt build-up on floors throughout the establishment. Instructed the person in charge to detail clean floors and maintain. #55- observed hole in the wall above the rear exit door. Instructed the person in charge smoothly to seal the hole and maintain it in good repair. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
