- comments: previous core violations from 06/22/2023 inspection, report #2577667 not corrected: #10-observed handsoap dispensor on wall above utility sink in the rear. Instructed the person in charge to remove handsoap dispensor and ensure that hand sinks are only being used for employees to wash their hands and are always stocked with soap and paper towels and maintained. #10 observed no handwashing signage at the exposed handsink in the front preparation area. Instructed the person in charge to provide handwashing signage for all hand sinks and maintain them. #39-observed food containers stored on the floor in the walk-in cooler in the rear.
