- comments: observed black dirt and pink slime build up inside ice machine dripping into ice. Ice is used for human consumption. Instructed manager must clean the interior of the ice machine and maintain it. Ice inside the ice machine was voluntarily discarded. Priority foundation 7-38-005.

- comments: observed ice block build up inside 3-door prep cooler on condenser. Must remove ice block build up inside said cooler and maintain.
