- comments: found the low-temperature dish machine in the basement dish area not sanitizing. Chlorine reading 0 ppm. Priority violation 7-38-025. Citation issued. Management replaced the old sanitizer with new sanitizer at the basement dish machine; the machine is now sanitizing, and chlorine reads 100 ppm.

- comments: found no drain hoses for the soda gun holders at the 1st floor bar. Must provide drain hoses and maintain.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed pipes in the basement area covered with aluminum foil. Must remove foil and replace it with a material that is easily cleanable so that all ceilings are maintained as smooth and easily cleanable.

61. Summary report displayed and visible to the public
- comments: found no inspection summary report posted in public view from the previous inspection on 6/7/22. Management was given today's inspection summary report and was instructed to post it in public view. Priority foundation 7-42-010(b). Citation issued.
