- comments: observed rust on the interior cavity of the ice machine dripping into ice (ice used for human consumption). Instructed to remove and discard all ice, clean and sanitize affected area, and replace rusted components. Priority violation. #7-38-005 citation issued.

47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed unfinished/unpainted wood and chipped wood components on shelves and counters throughout facility: equipment storage shelf near dish machine, front server area countertop. Instructed to repair or replace chipped wood and finish/paint wood surfaces used to store food, equipment, and maintain.

48. Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained & used; test strips
- comments: observed no irreversible-registering dish plate thermometer that measures the surface temperature of items in the dish machine. Instructed to provide irreversible-registering dish plate thermometer that can measure surface temperature and maintain. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-005.

49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed soil and encrusted grease deposits along nonfood-contact surfaces of the grill and stovetop in the kitchen area. Instructed to clean and sanitize nonfood-contact surfaces of cooking equipment at adequate frequency to prevent buildup of soil and maintain.

57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: observed no food handler training certificates for all food handling staff. Instructed to provide food handler training for all food handling staff and maintain certificates on-site at all times.

60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: observed previous core violations from inspection #2575103 on 4/28/2023 not corrected: #47 observed foil and cardboard used as lining on shelving units in prep and dish washing areas. Instructed manager to remove all foil and cardboard from shelving. Food and non-food contact surfaces shall be smooth and easily cleanable #55 observed missing wall tiles on the wall near the floor walk-in cooler. Instructed manager to replace and maintain. #60 observed no allergen training for the certified manager on duty. All certified managers must provide allergen training. Priority foundation violation. #7-42-090 citation issued.
