- comments: noted installed splash guard not extending to separate all plastic cups/lids stored on table beside handwash sink at front prep. Instructed to contain cup/lids not to exceed barrier of splash guard, provide a larger/longer splash guard to prevent contamination or store cups on another surface.

- comments: noted all food handlers at front prep table and coffee station not wearing hair restraints. Instructed to provide hair restraints and maintain.

- comments: noted continued non-compliance from report #2584583 conducted on 11/03/23. Previous core violations not corrected: (41) must store wiping cloths in prep areas in a sanitizer bucket between uses to prevent cross-contamination. Instructed to maintain. (47) must not use milk crates as a means of elevation for stored items. (55) debris on floors and floor drains under prep tables and shelves in prep/serving area.
