- comments: observed dirty knives, tongs, spatula on dirty lower counter and dirty plastic rolling food cart. Utensils need to be kept on a clean portion of equipment and sanitized as needed.

- comments: observed no back flow prevention device on water intake line of ice machine. Must install and maintain.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: observed light out above grill. Replace and maintain.
