36. Thermometers provided & accurate
- comments: observed prep cooler near the 1 compartment prep sink and fryers and dessert cooler near the rear exit to be missing a thermometer to measure internal ambient air temperature. Instructed manager to ensure a thermometer is provided for all coolers to measure internal ambient air temperature.

47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed the gaskets of prep cooler doors of both prep coolers located next to dish machine/utility closet to be heavily torn and missing large pieces. Instructed manager to replace torn gaskets.

49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed the prep coolers located next to the dish machine and utility closet to have heavy food debris in all gaskets. Observed inside of microwave on all walls and upper roof to be heavily soiled with food debris and grease. Instructed manager to detail clean and maintain all gaskets and internal components of microwabe free of excessive food debris, grease, and trash build up.

51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed the handle of the cold water in the hand sink located in 2nd floor bar to be missing. Cold water is still available and able to be turned on. Instructed manager to service hand sink, replace missing handle, and maintain in good repair.

- comments: observed light in walk in cooler in garage storage area to be hanging loosely and broken from wall. Instructed to service and reattach light and maintain in good repair.

- comments: observed excessive trash/plastic debris on the floors in the bar on 2nd floor below 3 compartment sink. Observed excessive grease build up on the floor below the deep fryers in kitchen prep area. Instructed managers to detail clean both areas and maintain free of excessive grease, food debris, and trash build up.

- comments: observed two (2) of three (3) light bulbs not functioning in right side of exhaust in kitchen prep area. Observed lights to be not functional/very dim in the garage storage area near the walk in cooler entrances. Instructed to service and ensure adeqaute lighting is provided in all storage and prep areas.

- comments: observed protective cover of light in garage walk in cooler to be missing. Instructed manager to provide light cover or shatter resistant bulb in walk in cooler in garage.
