- comments: noted the chlorine chemical dishwashing machine not dispensing sanitizer while dishes were being washed. 0 ppm chlorine was noted after several tempts with the sanitizer alert system flashing. Instructed to use the three-compartment sink for all dishwashing. Machine tagged held for inspection and must not use until repaired, properly dispensing chlorine sanitizer, and c. D. P. H contacted for re-inspection and tag removal. Priority violation 7-38-025 citation issued.
