Shaken Beef Dizziness Alert - Pho Envy, Dallas Texas

Sunday night December 8, 2019~ 7pm ate dinner at Vietnamese restaurant Pho Envy on Hillcrest north of Northwest Hwy, Dallas.
Had “shaken beef” –filet mignon (supposedly grass fed) sautéed in sauce w/ garlic, onions and jalapeno peppers. Also came with rice and two small slices of raw tomato and cucumber, on a leaf of lettuce (romaine? Was it the source of my food poisoning? Did it contaminate the food I ate?)
~8pm ate a small pecan pie at a Bakery
(I have eaten same things at both restaurants MANY times w/out issue!)
~2am Monday morning, started noticing slight dizziness – I recognized this as the first symptom of past food poisonings!
~2:45 – dizziness persisting, I remembered my charcoal pills, and took 2 w/ a glass of water.
~3:10 – feeling increasing dizziness, nausea, feeling warm...
I'm scared! In the past, when I felt like this, 2-3 days of HORRIBLE dizziness, nausea and multiple sessions of dry heaving followed!!!! | Symptoms: Nausea, Other, Fever, Dizziness
