- comments: instructed manager to provide and maintain working thermometers in all coolers.

- comments: must detail clean the interior of all coolers and freezer to remove spills and debris from shelving,fan cover,walls and ceiling. Also clean storage shelving to remove spills and/or grease.

- comments: observed a leak at the bottom of the hand sink in the basement. Must repair and maintain.

53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: observed no lids on the garbage cans in the women washroom. Must provide and maintain.

- comments: floors need cleaning through out especially around cooking equipment to remove spills, debris and/or grease. Also ceiling in the basement rear needs changing out, observed black substance.
