I ordered a hand tossed pizza yesterday. Beef with green bell pepper and onion. I actually ordered the Beef Pizza Wednesday evening at 17:455 PM,ate 2 slices along with 4 honey bbq wings ordered from the same location. I began to feel off that night before bedtime 11:30 PM but went to sleep thinking it would pass.The next day Thursday I had toast and coffee for breakfast and continued my day with a little discomfort I ate 2 slices of the same pizza thursday evening but felt a little discomfort again, this time I drank a little baking soda water before bed hoping it would calm down and went to bed later. This Friday morning about 7am I woke up violently ill, severe dizziness, stomach cramps, vomiting, diarreah from 7am-6pm this evening Friday | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dizziness
