- comments: observed hand washing sink with leak at bottom of sink. Water was draining from the bottom pipes into the bucket. Instructed manager to repair.

- comments: observed previous core violations not corrected. Report#2570249, dated january 26, 2023, instructed the facility to acquire food handler training for all food employees and to provide food allergen training for all certified food managers. Observed expired food handler training ( certificates expired in 2022); observed certified food manager with no allergen training. Instructed manager to address all previous core violations. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090 citation issued.
