- comments: observed stained cutting boards on top of the prep line coolers. Instructed to resurface or replace the cutting boards and to maintain.

- comments: instructed to detail clean the kitchen storage racks, prep tables, food storage containers, interior and exterior of the prep line coolers, bar coolers, sides of kitchen cooking equipments, and deep fryers.

- comments: observed dirty floors in all three (3) bars with litter debris, broken glass, bottle caps. Instructed to clean floors in detail including floor drains also, detail clean walls and ceiling to remove food splashed debris near the kitchen 2-door cooler and maintain.

- comments: instructed to provide missing light shield covers in the rear prep/dishwashing areas or provide shatter-proof light bulbs and maintain adequate lighting at all times.

- comments: previous core violations not corrected from inspection report#2603726 dated:09/30/2024 #38---6-202. 15: observed openings at base and sides of main front entrance outer glass door and openings at base and side of front emergency exit door. Instructed to seal all outer openings to prevent pest entrance. #56---6-303. 11: observed three missing lights in prep/dishwashing area and all gender employee washroom. Instructed to replace missing lights to increase light intensity in prep/dishwashing area and all gender employee washroom and maintain. Instructed to comply with noted violations and maintain by 10/29/2025. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090, citation issued.
