Poke Bowl Indigestion Report - Poki & maki, Upland California

This has not happened before at this restaurant and I get the same thing every time but yesterday I ate a salmon poke bowl with both salmon and spicy salmon, rice, and spring mix. It did not taste bad but after eating I did not feel too well so sat down then I had somewhere to go. When I got to my destination probably about an hour or two after I had eaten I started getting terrible stomach cramps I went to the restroom and also had diarrhea. The pain was so bad I had to go back home. I feel a bit better today and stomach cramps are gone but I still feel the other symptom of nausea and have loose bowel movements. Update (01/05/2023 5:50am): painful stomach cramps came back and are coming and going. Stomach is sensitive. Pain is distracting and makes it difficult to sleep. I am also going to name off the toppings I can remember that I got as I've seen there has been recalls on greens. Cucumber, green onion, radish sprouts, ginger, cilantro, fried onion. Sauces include: ponzu, spicy mayo, sesame, house | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
