Instructed to have hand washing sink accessible at all times for employees to wash hands. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-030(c). Citation issued. Items were removed from hand sink during inspection.

- comments: observed raw chicken held at improper cold holding temperature in prep cooler at 47f. Observed shredded cheese sitting out on prep table reading at 60f and shelled eggs reading at 60f. Tcs foods must be held at 41f or below. Food discarded voluntarily. Food weighing approximately 15 lbs at a cost of $50. 00. Priority violation. 7-38-005. Citation issued.
