- comments: must not use tin foil as a liner for splash guards in the soda dispensing system. Must be smooth, cleanable surface ----excessive ice build up on the walk-in freezer condenser. Must remove ----must not use cardboard as liner for shelving for bulk flour storage or under rear microwave ovens.

- comments: floors under and behind the deep fryers with excessive grease and food debris. -----floors under the rear dry storage co2 tanks and bag-in-box soda dispensing system with syrup spillage and dirt----west wall at the deep fry station with black mold. Must clean and maintain all.

- comments: previous core violation not corrected from 4-29-21 report #2500963. #55-: 6-101. 11-- observed missing floor grout in between tiles throughout cooking, prep and service area. Floor needs to be regrouted. Regrout floor and maintain floor in a smooth, easily cleanable condition. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090 citation issued.
