- comments: observed approximaltey 60 small black live flies throughout rear prep/storage area on chicken pans, sauce containers, cardboard boxes, exterior surfaces of walk in cooler door and flying near beverage station floor drain. Recommended to contact pest control for service, must eliminate fly activity on premise. Priority foundation violation. #7-38-020 (a). Citation issued

- comments: 4-601. 11(c) observed accumulation of grease and food debris on side of cooking equipment accross from ice machine. Instructed to clean, sanitize, and maintain.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: 6-501. 114 observed unused cooling with a buildup of grease and food debris next to warmer across from food prep table. Instructed to clean and or remove to prevent pest activity.
