- comments: observed interior of microwave unclean with the accumaultion of grease deposits and food residue. Clean in detail and maintain. Interior gasket on reach in refrigerator door that connects to the walk in cooler. Clean all gaskets and maintain.

- comments: observed the following non food contact surfaces unclean with the accumulation of grease and dirt including: exterior of microwave,floor rollers, sides of fryers, all shelving in front service area and rear, condiment/ sause holder, exterior refrigerators, exterior doors of walk in freezer/ walk in cooler, exterior of ice machine, exterior door handles of walk in cooler/walk in freezer. Must detail clean all equipment and shelving and maintain in a sanitary condition.
50. Hot & cold water available; adequate pressure
- comments: during inspection hot water was found at insufficient temperatures of 68. 4f for approximately 1 hour. Hot water generation and distribution systems shall be sufficient to meet the peak hot water demands throughout the retail food establishment. Hot water was restored to 115f during inspection. - comments: observed floors unclean throughout. Floors need to be cleaned in detail under and behind all cooking equipment. Observed floors under and behind all fryers in corners and along walls with excessive grease accumulation. Observed floors in front of ice machine, throughout rear cooking area, walk in cooler, walk in freezer and dishwashing area unclean. Observed floors unclean near rear mop sink and under dry storage shelving. Detail clean floors throughout and maintain.

- comments: observed no proof of food handler training. Must provide proof of food handler training and maintain.
58. Allergen training as required
- comments: observed no proof of allergen training for certified food managers. Must provide and maintain.
