- comments: observed the cold running water knob at the exposed handsink in the dishwashing area stripped; instructed to replace knob.

- comments: must clean and maintain the following: floors under around and behind cooking and other kitchen equipment, all floor drains, ceiling vents in prep area to remove dust observed, ceiling vents in washrooms to remove dust observed, clean walls around and behind cooking equipment and prep tables to remove splatter.

- comments: the vents above the fryers need cleaning; clean and maintain vents in hooded system.
