- comments: observed two ice machines located in the rear dish area with a build-up of black and pink slime substance dripping onto ice cubes stored at below the ice bin. Ice is used for human consumption. Instructed to clean, sanitize and maintain. Priority foundation violation #7-38-005. Citation issued

- comments: observed no label for bulk storage containers (flour) located in the rear food prep area. Instructed person in charge of all bulk and working food ingredient containers must be labeled with the contents name.
