Got a Italian big beef dipped and large fries and drink with cheese sauce along with 4 piece chicken strips and another fry. Since then me and my mother in law and 3 year old niece have had the chills diarrhea vomiting nausea. I could not keep anything down. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Chills
