- comments: observed over 60 mice droppings scattered on floor, piping and ledges behind stove, on upper ledges above counter and lower ledges near utility sink in kitchen. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.

- comments: o0bserved 1/4" gap at bottom right corner of exit door in kitchen, 1/4" gap st bottom left corner of north entrance door. Instructed manager to seal all outer openings on doors to prevent pest entry.
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed no stoppers for 3-compartment sink. Instructed manager to provide adequate stoppers and maintain. Observed loose door gasket on reach-in cooler in storage area. Instructed manager to repair door gasket and maintain.

- comments: observed openings in walls and ceilings, around pipe fittings in kitchen. Instructed manager to seal all openings, cracks, and crevices in all areas.

- comments: observed dust buildup on filters inside ventilation hood. Instructed manager to replace and maintain.
