- comments: observed broken and missing thermometers in coolersw throughout grocery. Instructed to replace and maintain.

47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed rusted shelving units inside of walk in cooler, instructed to provide smooth and easily cleanable shelves and maintain.

48. Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained & used; test strips
- comments: observed expired chemical test strips available during time of inspection. Instructed to provide test strips that are not expired and maintain available for checking sanitizer strenght at the 3 compartment sink. Priority foundation violaion. 7-38-005. Citation issued.

49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed display cooler shelves with excessive dirt, dust and soiled residues near produce and dairy. Instructed to clean and maintain.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed middle walk in cooler and freezer floors with excessive amounts of trash and food debris.

57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: observed expired food handler certificate for food handler during inspection. Instructed to obtain.

- comments: observed no allergen training certificate for cfm on site for review. Instructed to obtain.
