- comments: found the rear hand-washing sink leaking from underneath. Instructed to fix the leak and maintain good plumbing.

- comments: found the cutting boards in the front prep area with dark grooves. Instructed to either sand cutting boards or replace them to maintain a smooth and easily cleanable surface.
