- comments: observed outside garbage area not maintained. All dumpsters were not covered. Observed accumulated trash and debris on ground around dumpsters. Instructed manager cover all dumpsters, clean and maintain outside garbage area. Priority foundation 7-38-020(b) citation issued

- comments: observed food debris on floor under all equipment, along walls and in all corners in prep and storage areas.

- comments: observed no signage for vaccination requirement posted in establishment. Instructed manager that public health orders regarding vaccination status for dine-in patrons must be posted at entrance as well in dining area of esablishment. Signage was placed during inspection.
