- comments: 5-202. 12(a) observed no hot water provided in the men's and women's washrooms. Management instructed to provide hot water above 100f at all hand washing sinks. Priority violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: 5-205. 11 observed the exposed hand washing sink in the food prep area not accessible for use. On two occasions during the reinspection, i observed plastic trays stored inside of the exposed hand washing sink. Management instructed not to store any utensils in the hand washing sinks. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.
