On Sunday, February 4, 2024, my family went to QDOBA around 1pm. I ordered a shrimp burrito bowl that had brown rice, fajita veggies, cotija cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, pickled onions and pickled jalapeños. I drunk a bottle Aquafina. That evening I felt stomach cramps. The next day I was nauseous with loose stools. This continued until Friday were I’m just having mild nausea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
