I got a steak quesadilla with a sides of guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo salsa, and nacho sauce and chips. About 5 hours after eating I started feeling horrible stomach cramps followed by an entire night of diarrhea and vomiting. I’m also pregnant so this was very alarming, but thankfully I’m doing better the next day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
