Monday May 23rd around 5pm I had the chicken bowl with white rice black beans tomatoes medium hot sause sour cream and lettuce. Within a day I felt bloated and had stomach cramps and ended up throwing up every 30min from midnight until 6 am as well as severe diarrhea and muscle fatigue. Won't eat chipotle again! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloating
