- comments: observed rodent activity on premises. Found over 100 mouse droppings on the floors underneath sinks, prep tables, by freezer unit, in fryer cabinet, on shelves where can goods stored and under storage shelves in rear storage area. Instructed to clean all affected areas and have pest control company service prior to reinspection next week. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.

- comments: observed a dead mouse on a glue board under prep table in front area; instructed to remove. Corrected on site.

- comments: instructed to clean the inside panel of the ice machine to remove residue from moisture and maintain. Instructed to clean the exterior surfaces of the fryer and grill, interiors of prep coolers, bottom cabinet area of fryer to remove grease and droppings.

- comments: instructed to clean the floors in areas where droppings observed. Instructed to clean ventilation fans in washrooms to remove dust observed.
