- comments: previous priority foundation violation not corrected: 38-observed over 50 mice droppings scattered on floor, along walls and corners behnd tables, under tables, inside bottom comparment of refrigerator in teacher lounge, on floor along walls and corners behind reach-in coolers, reach-in freezers, dining tables, in lunchroom and storage areas, on seriving trays and multi-use equipment shelves under prep tables in kitchen serving area. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. 54-observed outside garbage area not maintained, dumpsters not covered and overflowing with trash.
