- comments: observed no handwashing sign in restroom. Instructed person in charge to provide and maintain handwashing signage at all handsinks.

- comments: observed bulk ingredients in non-original containers not labeled in rear prep area. Instructed person in charge to label all bulk containers with common name.

- comments: observed scoops and containers improperly stored in bulk containers. Instructed person in charge to store scoops outside of products in sanitary containers.

- comments: observed aluminum foil being used on tables and shelves throughout facility and walk in cooler. Instructed person in charge to remove and maintain surfaces smooth and easily cleanable.
