- comments: must clean the interior of the ice machine to remove debris.

- comments: observed door sweep at the rear back door in poor repair (worn). Must repair and maintain to prevent entry point for pests.
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed the condenser unit inside the walk in freezer with ice build up the line and inside the light shield. Must find the source of leak which is causing the ice build up.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed the hand sinks in the prep and dish washing areas with slow draining issues. Must repair and maintain.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: observed an uncovered receptacle in the employee restroom. Must provide a covered receptacle as required.

- comments: observed the floor drains in the rear encrusted with organic matter. Must detail clean to prevent breeding place for pests. Also clean floors in the same area.

- comments: observed grease build up on the top of ventilation hood at the cookline. Instructed to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed food handler certifications on file have expired. Must provide and maintain as required or citations will follow.

- comments: observed city certified manager on duty without his allergen training, which is required. Instructed manager that all city certified managers must have and maintain allergen training or citations will follow.
